A skilled personal injury attorney that represents your best interests can prevent your decency from being exploited.
People often think that they can handle their case on their own. But they tend to feel differently once the other party brings in their teams of insurance adjusters and lawyers.

When Should You Contact an Attorney After an Injury?
After an accident, you should contact an attorney as soon as possible. Hesitating to seek representation can damage your case. Whether it’s mishandling a critical conversation with an insurance adjuster or accepting a bad offer from the insurance company, a lawyer can prevent these missteps.
The sooner you contact our Rancho Santa Margarita personal injury attorney, the better we can represent your case.
What Cases Can My Rancho Santa Margarita Personal Injury Attorney Handle?
When you choose a lawyer, you want to make sure that they’re the best for your unique situation. Here are a few practice areas that we specialize in.
Motor Vehicle Accidents
Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVAs) are some of the most common causes of personal injuries in California. These kinds of accidents include:
In these cases, we make sure our clients get the most out of their claims. We do this by taking ownership of every step of the process, from the initial report to the final appeal.
Unlike other law firms, we will not settle for the sake of ease. We are always prepared to go to court if it is in our client’s best interest.
In car-to-car accidents, there are only individuals involved. In a truck accident, a company is involved.
The trucking company may have a whole team of legal advisors and insurance adjusters. But we’re not afraid to go toe-to-toe with these companies, because we have a winning record against them.
We can help even the playing field and make sure that you get the compensation you deserve.
Motorcycle riders are at greater risk of injury than car drivers. To make matters worse, insurance companies and other drivers might want to automatically blame the motorcyclist for the accident.
We know how unfair this bias is towards our Rancho Santa Margarita motorcycling community. We will work to make sure that this bias doesn’t affect your ability to recuperate damages.
California has the highest rates of fatal pedestrian accidents in the country. Many times these cases are cut and dry. But they can also get complicated.
A Rancho Santa Margarita lawyer, knowledgeable about city ordinances can make the difference between a winning and losing case.
Construction can be a dangerous job, but that doesn’t mean that workers don’t deserve compensation. Your employer’s insurance doesn’t always have your best interest in mind. After all, every dollar that they don’t give you, they get to keep as profit.
So do you need an attorney to file a worker’s compensation claim? Not necessarily, but having one ensures that you have an expert presenting your case and reviewing any deal that you are offered.
What is a catastrophic injury? An injury is considered catastrophic if it has a permanent effect on the victim. These cases are different than other personal injury cases because the victim should not only receive reparations for their immediate needs, but also for future challenges they will face.
We have the experience to understand the challenges of these accidents and the legal knowledge to make sure that you are “made whole” from the claim.
We hold people and companies accountable. Although there is nothing that can be done to bring back a loved one, there are ways to pursue justice.
At the very least, the survivors of a wrongful death shouldn’t have to shoulder financial strain on top of their emotional burden.

Rancho Santa Margarita, CA
One of the more affluent cities in California, Rancho Santa Margarita is a beautifully designed community on the rolling hills of Orange County. That’s no surprise given that it is one of Orange County’s master-planned communities. Additionally, the city has one of the lowest crime rates in the state.
You would expect such a beautiful suburb to have a larger population than the 48,000 residents living here. The city extends to the borders of Rancho Mission Viejo, but it has a longer history. Where the shopping centers, restaurants, and residential areas stand today was once a Native American settlement. When the Spanish expedition led by Captain Gaspar de Portola came to the city, they founded the first European settlement along the eastern edge of the Trabuco Creek. They named the area Francisco Solano.
When Mexico gained independence from Spain, the area was divided into three parts; Rancho Mission Viejo, Rancho Trabuco, and Rancho Santa Margarita.
The community of Rancho Santa Margarita started a Community Civic Association that put into motion the incorporation of the community. It was not until 1999, however, that Rancho Santa Margarita gained cityhood.
